Fundadora y Directora del Museo Don Armando S. Reschini de Arte Contemporáneo.Gran Embajadora de Artes, Ciencias y Letras condecorada en el mítico George V de París.Miembro Honorable de la Accademia Italia in Arte nel mondo, 2023.Mujer del Valor del Brasil laureada en el Palacete Julieta Serpa en Río de Janeiro. 2012.Artista, pintora, autora, curadora y productora internacional formada en la Escuela de Bellas Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario. Autora de "Derechos del Alma", "Turismo Planetario", "Una flor per cápita" y "Camino al Paraíso". 

Artista seleccionada para el 10th Geoje International Festival por el Museo Temático Haegeumgang y el Museo de Arte Yukyung. Participa en la muestra colectiva internacional en Gabriele Gallery (Lituania), "Acuarelando"  e "Il colore dell'inverno" en Galería Il Leone de Roma (2024) y en la muestra "Versus" Ikònica Art Gallery, de Milano, a cura de Francesca Callipari (2024). Directora  y Curadora de la muestra internacional "Luces Contemporáneas " en la galería Liliana Rodríguez, en Buenos Aires (2024). Artista Seleccionada para la Bienal de Artbox (Suiza) en Venecia (2024). 

Ha participado en la Pro Biennale de Venecia 2023, Biennale, Biennale de Génova, 2023, Premio Sanremo en Teatro Ariston 2023 y Bienal de USA 2023-2024. Paula Reschini Mengoni ha presentado "Omnipresente" en Grecia, Luxemburgo Art3f y Bélgica, representada por ArtCom Expo International y ha participado de innumerables muestras colectivas en Roma y en Firenze, con la dirección de la galería Il Leone. En 2022, idealizó y dirigió "Misión Mona Lisa III" Roma, Vaticano, Louvre de París. Realizando la entrega del manuscrito de los Derechos del Alma al artista y poeta José Dalí, hijo de Salvador Dalí. En el 2021 funda la revista "Essentiel" lanzada desde el Gran Café Tortoni de Buenos Aires, a demás de crear la Biblioteca Internacional del Museo Reschini y Colección Reschini.
