Hey. My name is Elena. I am a professional artist. I live and work in Ukraine, in the city of Dnipro. I studied at the Dnipropetrovsk Art College, the Dnipropetrovsk National University (at the Department of Fine Arts and Design), the Lviv National Academy of Arts. I am an artist-practitioner, as well as an art theorist. I defended my dissertation on art criticism and received a diploma of a scientific degree. Since 2017, I was accepted into the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. I work in the technique of watercolor, batik (painting on silk), and vytynanka (paper cutting). I am inspired by the beauty of nature, its colors, mood, divinity, also by folk art. I want to capture this moment.
