This painting is about strength, rebellion, and untamed freedom. The rearing mustang is a symbol of independence, courage, and the will to defy. Its tense muscles, flowing mane, and piercing gaze speak of an unbreakable spirit and an inner fire that cannot be tamed.

I wanted to capture the moment when nature reveals its raw power—when there is no fear, no doubt, only instinct, only strength, only life in its purest form. This mustang is more than just a wild horse; it is the embodiment of freedom that cannot be confined and a force that emerges from the very essence of nature.

Katsiaryna Parukava finds her source of inspiration in the uniqueness of nature and the animal world, "in the harmonious contrast of the majestic and the vulnerable". Most of her works of art are addressed to the problem of reduction of the number and species diversity of animals as a result of destructive human activity.
The concept that unites all her works is that "people and wildlife are not two opposing worlds, but are closely connected, two intertwined destinies on one planet, and it is critical to preserve and maintain this delicate balance".
