The forgotten peoples living on the banks of the Omo in Ethiopia retain a deep love of nature and the land. They wear decorations all over their bodies: paint with pigments, plants, flowers and foliage. Several photographers have immortalized these beautifully decorated faces and bodies. The best known of them is probably Hans Silvester with his book "Natural Fashion - Tribul decoration from Africa".
This is the source of my inspiration for these 3D paintings.
Honoring and remembering these peoples who live beyond time.
