Daniel cultive depuis l'adolescence son goût pour la peinture . Parallèlement à ses études , il fréquente l'école des Beaux Arts …
Durant de nombreuses années en France et à l'étranger , famille et profession l'accaparent et ce n'est qu'à sa retraite qu'il retrouve ses pinceaux trop longtemps délaissés .
Il se retire en Guadeloupe sur les rives du lagon de St François ou le ciel et la mer sont pour lui une abondante source d'inspiration .
Sa recherche :
- d'abord la lumière qui selon lui , donne aux couleurs ce que l'esprit donne au regard - - ensuite le mouvement qui symbolise la vie ; fasciné par cette exaltation , il veut vous offrir l'essentiel de cette nature exubérante, tentant parfois l'impossible ! Mais que de difficultés dans la recherche infinie de ce qui simplement doit être beau !
