Ich lebe und arbeite in Roetgen (NRW). Mein Atelier befindet sich am Waldrand und ist umgeben von der wundervollen Natur des Nationalparks Nordeifel. Diese ist eine feste Inspiration und Kraftquelle für mich.
Meine Werke bilden meine Liebe zum Leben ab.
Ich male gerne die Momente, in denen die Zeit still zu stehen scheint. Den Augenblick künstlerisch zu erfassen, in dem wir pure Liebe, tiefes Vertrauen, sanfte Geborgenheit spüren oder Stille in uns finden, sehe ich als meine Aufgabe. Diese Ereignisse bleiben ein Leben lang in Erinnerung und prägen uns. Sie geben Hoffnung in dunklen Situationen. Ich halte diese hellen, heilen Momente gerne künstlerisch fest. Damit möchte ich mit meinen mir gegebenen Mitteln etwas Positives in die Welt bringen.
Seit 2023 bin ich Mitglied des Kunstreis Nordeifel e.V. und dem Künstlerforum Schloss Zweibrüggen e.V.
