Adelina Reyes is a Mexican-born multidisciplinary photographer and artist. She creates religious altars and designs unique handcrafted jewelry. The dimension of his work is vast, capturing a frenetic taste for shapes, sizes and colors. Through her works, she increasingly reflects an approach and atmosphere of devotion and religious faith.

Endowed with a remarkable artistic talent, she developed her skills through studies of art and photography in Mexico City, supplemented by studies in Florence, Italy. His extensive work has drawn mainly from the religious mysticism, folklore, myths and rituals of his native land. Culture plays a vital role for her, as do the language, symbols and traditions that shape each individual's identity. These are aspects of decisive importance that determine everyone's place in this world, and they also serve as an essential defense mechanism against fierce globalization. "Without our own identity, it would be almost impossible for us migrants in this part of the world to survive."

It is this fundamental motivation which is reflected in the variety of themes treated by the artist. She does this with a unique style, color and spontaneity which are essential elements that are intimately linked.

Adelina Reyes, through her photography and her artistic creations, transports the viewer into a world steeped in spirituality, tradition and symbolism. Her work is a celebration of cultural identity and a visual exploration of religious beliefs and ritual practices. With her artistic sensibility and authentic approach, Adelina continues to inspire and fascinate art lovers around the world.
