Nathalie Spampinato-Brosse was born in 1968 in Etampes,
a town near Paris, France.

She has been drawing since a very young age.
When she was six years old, she went to «l ‘Ecole d’Etampes», an Art Studio created by the famous painter Philippe Lejeune where she learned several techniques of drawing, painting
and engraving including etching with Patricia Legendre (illustrator/engraver).

Graduate of Estienne School (Ecole supérieure des Arts et Industrie Graphique) in Paris in 1990. Bachelor's degree DMA – Editorial Art (Typography and illustration).
Nathalie worked for eight years as a graphic designer for several books editors.

She took a ten-year career break to raise her children.
During this period she was responsible for the marketing and public relations departments of the home theater company that she and her husband created in France.

In 2007, she moved to Chicago and has since found her way back to her first passion, drawing and painting where she did exhibitions. In 2011, she came back in France and continues principally to paint. She live actually in South West of France.
