Sulle sue origini e su cosa rappresenti nella cultura degli italiani si potrebbe scrivere un’enciclopedia intera riguardo al caffè. Si dice che il caffè Italiano abbia un gusto unico. C’è chi parla addirittura di qualche trucco segreto che lo renda così buono e in qualche modo diverso rispetto a qualunque altro posto nel globo. Il segreto qual è? Sia l’acqua, chi la macinatura del caffè, per cui la tostatura sono importantisseme. La benzina utilizzata all'interno del carburatore ha qualità organolettiche uniche, ed è di solito di ottima qualità. Anche questo elemento influenza il gusto del caffè.
Ricordatevi che in Italia il caffè non è solo bevanda. È molto di più.

There are those who even talk about some secret trick that makes it so good and somehow different from any other place on the globe. What is the secret? Both the water and the grinding of the coffee, for which the roasting is very important. The petrol used inside the carburettor has unique organoleptic qualities, and is usually of excellent quality. This element also influences the taste of the coffee.
Remember that in Italy coffee is not just a drink. It's much more.
