Roxanna Gottschalk-Garcia was born in New York and grew up in Dominican Republic. Since very young she discovered her passion
for painting and drawing .She enrolled in Bellas Arte in Dominican Republic where she explored drawing and painting techniques.
Roxanna's curiosity for different techniques motivated her to take private art classes with renowed artist like Juan Medina among others in search for her own style.
Roxanna, later attended UNPHU University and studied Interior Design specializing in furniture design. She moved to Miami and continued her Fine Arts Education at Miami Dade College and Miami Art Club.
Her Impressionism techniques has opened the doors in many galleries and art centers in Miami, Asia, and Europe. small dots of paint to create She gracefully combines small dots of pain to create movements, shadows, light in her work.

My philosophy is that everybody is an artist; painting is an expression of the soul.
