I am a scientist with a biology background and a big love and respect for nature, which is reflected in my art. I have no formal art education and was taught the basics of ceramics art by my mother and sister. My journey began sometime in 2008 with simple tea cups with small horms/branches. Over the years, I developed this style furter which culminated in a variety of unique vine-like shapes on items you can use in your every day life - cups, bowls, flower vases, flower pots, salt/sugar bowls, spoons, mirrors, candle holders and evaporators and more. Mostly, I use only different types of clay, and only rarely apply glazes, as I prefer things as natural as possible. Although ceramics is my main thing, I also do other things like drawings and textile paintings.
