Maurizio Amorosi born in Montefortino (AP) on 03/11/1950
he attended the 5th gymnasium in the archiepiscopal seminary of Fermo (AP)
not having the economic possibilities to enroll in art school,
he attended the A.N.A.P. school in 1968. in Piobbico (Pesaro) as
mechanical fitter and moved to Stuttgart (Germany) in 1969
where he works at "Daimler Benz" until 1977.
It was in this period that he began to paint by participating in group exhibitions.
Back in Italy, he continues to cultivate his hobby and sets up his first
exhibition in Visso (MC) in 2003 where, together with his works, he also exhibits
“copyright fakes” by various artists.
Today he works as a truck driver in Belforte del Chienti (MC)
and time permitting he sometimes indulges in his favorite hobby.
