I made this piece in 2020, the year of drastic changes…
I made this piece to inspire my audience, remind you of all the beauty in this world, trigger some smiles, and evoke a basic truth that it all too shall pass. We have created the world we live in. What we should do is fill it with all the things that are bringing us joy right now!
The work is created in mixed media technique. The prints of my original works are used in combination with colored pencils, acrylics, ink, markers and pigments of pearl and gold shades. Epoxy finish coat and figure.
It will be sent in box with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. This work will be available in only one!
Made in Germany. Ready to hang!
Image size 70 cm x 50 cm x 2.0 cm (27.5 x 19.7 x 0.8 inch). The 2 cm high body is made of a pure solid pine wood frame. The resulting depth of 2.0cm enables both direct suspension and framing with shadow gap frames.

The works in the "Other Reality" series were created during the 2020 pandemic, partly in January 2021. They are dedicated to the reality within us, to the fact that despite external factors, one can not allow distortion of their own reality. External influences are endless, internal ones are untouchable.
The series includes 5 unique works, which focus on its beneficial effect on the deep subconscious, restoring the effect on the psyche and, as a result, emotional harmony.
The works are created in mixed media technique. The prints of my original watercolors are used in combination with acrylics, inks, markers and pigments of pearl and gold shades.

Biografie
Lika FloenS was born and grew up in southern Russia. Ever since she was a little girl, she loved drawing and composing poems and fairy-tales while sitting under a pear tree in her garden.
Once she finished school, she enrolled at a university, where she studied economics and finance.
In 2004, she continued her studies at another university's faculty of design.
During her student years, several of her creations were put on display at a group exhibition in a museum. Before the year was over, they were purchased by a private collector from Russia.
Lika graduated in 2008, and eventually opened a florist and textile design studio.
In 2012, she got married and moved to Europe. She remained committed to textile and fashion design.
Lika has been making art in her workshop in southern Germany since 2020.
