Violaine Sausset

Born in 1981 in Chartres, lives and works in St Pierre-en-Auge (Calvados).

Her drawings become sculptures with the arrival of new materials.
She works on the theme of women, on being and appearing, what we show and what we hide. Beautify the exterior appearance to hide interior wounds.

Contemporary lace made with biosourced filaments with which the graphics take on all their importance. An emotion emerges where strength and fragility coexist, in a universe imbued with poetry and modernity.
