A shoal of hand sawed fish, tied together to a wave of fish.
The Shoal is made of aluminum.

Original and One Of A Kind airy sculpture: The curves and delicate shine suggest the flow of water and work seducingly pure in any environment.

Great art for an entrance, as an eye-catcher in your living room, as an art statement in your office, or to furnish a bedroom wall completely Zen or Feng Shui.

It's also possible to lay the sculpture flat on the ground as a kind of long narrow metal carpet.

The VERY LIGHT sculpture is bendable to hang to the wall on one hook and then it becomes a 3 dimensional shape. If you want it flat to the wall just use one or two extra hooks.

Anne (hand) sawed the fish out of 1 mm sheet aluminum and sanded them, piece by piece. Then she pierced them and tied them together into the shoal shape with thin plated wire.

Anne designed the first Shoal' in 1995. It was followed by Shoal II and III. Then came the LONG WAVES. Every one of them was handmade and, although similar, a One of a Kind.

This new Shoal weighs about 700 grams and measures when hung approx. H 180 cm x 50 x 30 cm (H 6 ft x W20'')
The sculpture bears its name and is signed and dated.

Soon there will be also a copper version available, the golden Flow, ressembling a shoal of Goldfish, and Shoal and Algae, a combination o aluminum and copper
