Joseph Mahon

I paint in acrylic and oil paints. Figurative and landscape. I attempt to get away from a conventional style and representation. I tend to use a palette knife a lot as I feel it gives me a more undefined finish. I am very interested in colour juxtapositions and I admire the works of Monet and other impressionists.
