Jean-Fran?ois Coste was born in Boulogne Billancourt in 1969. After studies of Visual arts, then of graphics, it has devoted its work, for several years already, to the single topic of the individual. In parallel of its trade of graphic designer free lance, it does not cease painting, to carve, when time allows him. That naturally makes a dozen years that it was really put at oil, then to the sculpture, after having touched various techniques, mixed sometimes, but of training surely! These two practical enables him to advance and apprehend the subject which impassions it by far, the human being. It is fascinated by the aspects of the human existence. Each observation which it approaches with curiosity and passion leaves the body. For him, to define the outside of the things is significant because that enables him to also seize the interior of it. All is then pretext to put itself at work after some preliminary studies: glance, gesture, attitude. All does its work east impress nostalgia of childhood, of its imagery, last time and of that which runs out?
