Nato il 14 ottobre 1966 nella città di Vinnitsa.
Si è diplomato al liceo artistico repubblicano omonimo. Lysenko a Kiev, 1984 Insegnanti: Zoya Naumovna Lerman, Miroshnikova Galina Alexandrovna.
Laureata all'Istituto d'arte di Kiev nel 1992. Facoltà di pittura da cavalletto. Ha studiato nei laboratori di: Lopukhov Alexander Mikhailovich, Gurin Vasily Ivanovich.
Golosiy Oleg Nikolaevich era un compagno di classe di Vyacheslav e ha contribuito al suo lavoro.
I primi lavori si distinguono per l'espressione e avanguardia, idee audaci e angoli insoliti.
Nel 2005, è stato nominato artista di 1a categoria presso la Scuola di formazione professionale di Vinnitsa per i vigili del fuoco statali del Ministero delle imposte e delle tasse. Doveri dell'Ucraina, dove un dipinto storico di genere tematico "Kasta-proffi" è stato realizzato.
Dal 2010 Membro dell'Unione Nazionale degli Artisti dell'Ucraina.
Al momento, Vyacheslav lavora nel genere storico, ma molte delle opere sono realizzate nello stile del surrealismo.
Oltre 20 anni di esperienza nell'insegnamento.
Le opere si trovano nelle collezioni di gallerie d'arte e in collezioni private in Ucraina e all'estero.
