Collection: Poems from my heart
"You are the silver light of the moon,
on this purple night
You are the star in warm summer sky,
glowing soft neon light
With my breath I open my heart,
to all the songs of love
For I know they will keep me safe,
as long as I am alive"
I recently read the book "Colour purple". And remembered Love is everything. The story has inspired me to create this work and poetry.
This work is done on 100% cotton archival paper with black tea and water colours. Adopted neoclassical painting style along with the figure studies found in ancient South Asian cave paintings.
The painting boasts different hues of purple, a touch of red, gold and Black tea. Minimal colour applications with lots of details on the back ground. Signed by the artist on the front and details at the back.
This lovely artwork requires framing of your choice to match your decor.
My work will be carefully rolled in a tube with protective archival sheets wrapped around it for shipping so that it is highly protected and waterproof, but very light to transport and easy to handle.

"TEA ROOM" series on the other hand stays within stripe patterns on the subject's outfit, starting from simpler-minimal story to sophisticated tales with her personal favourites; colourful tea cups and tea pots, and all other details come with it.
Each work takes its own significant time to finish based on the amount of details going in.
The beauty of every aspect and little details of each work is extremely important to the artist.
Hence they are carefully realised.
