In a jungle where reality wears the thin veil of dreams, I walk along the Path of Golden Suns. The air is thick with the scent of foliage, and the trees sway gently as if whispering secrets to the wind. Above, the sun, a vibrant orb with eyes that see into the soul, radiates its light with a knowing smile, casting a golden hue over the landscape. Its rays dance across the lush greenery, painting the scene with warmth and life.

To my right, a figure steps confidently along the path—a dog in a striped suit, his tongue hanging out in a joyful expression, sunglasses hiding the thoughts of a world beyond. The path, marked with imprints of pink hands, leads through the dense jungle, inviting wanderers to lose themselves in the embrace of nature’s tapestry.

Below, the river flows gently, its waters reflecting the eternal dance of the jungle. A family of dogs, calm and at ease, wades through the shallow waters, their presence a testament to the timeless harmony that exists in this realm. The trees, tall and majestic, stand as silent sentinels, guarding the mysteries of a land where the boundaries of reality are merely suggestions.

In this surreal sanctuary, where every step echoes with the promise of discovery, I am both traveler and guardian, drawn into the endless wonder of the jungle’s embrace. Here, under the watchful eye of the sun, the path unfolds before me, a journey into the heart of a world where imagination reigns supreme.

I am Garfield Pierre Tusset, a digital artist specializing in surrealism, naïve art, and psychedelic art. Born on August 17, 1988, in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, my life took a transformative turn at the age of ten when I moved to Paraíba. This culturally rich and diverse region profoundly shaped my artistic perspective.

While I began as a self-taught artist, my formal education solidified my passion and refined my craft. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Fine Arts at the University of São Paulo and later completed a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Arts at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. My work is deeply influenced by the surrealist movement, the simplicity and innocence of naïve art, and the vibrant expressiveness of psychedelic art.

Throughout my career, I have meticulously studied the techniques and styles of the great masters, while continuously exploring my own emotions and experiences. This has led to a distinctive style where anthropomorphic figures blend seamlessly with lush natural settings, creating vibrant, imaginative worlds.

My artwork celebrates innocence and creativity, inviting viewers into a universe of fantasy and beauty. I am always evolving as an artist, seeking new ways to express the magic of surrealism through a naïve and pure lens. My creations are a reflection of my artistic vision, blending craftsmanship, innovation, and deep conceptual exploration.
