About the author
The pieces are recycled art, a creative work made from reused materials from the 80s, mixed with acrylic fluid paint and street art techniques.
The works are visible in the streets (Paris, Barcelona, Warsaw, Reykjavik, Valencia..) the multimedia exhibitions will bring together a series of unique collections of cast vinyls, recycled turntable vinyls, tape recorders, ghetto blasters, organs, Hi-fi systems and mannequins that are part of this recycling process of the 1980s.
On the music side, the EPs are made on the concept of the red, blue, green, black color spectrum.
Fluo Sobre produces and plays on machines that are over 35 years old, still using 3.5 disks to load the samples and working with 12-bit sequences to achieve a nostalgic, analog sound, Sci-fi Wave, 80s.
It is a long process of programming and sound research, which Fluo Sobre has developed for several years while working for Radio France International, TV and its two studios based in Paris and Barcelona.
Fluo Sobre is an antonym, "fluorescence" is an emission of light and "sobre" is moderate, discreet, without excess.
