Nace en la ciudad de Santiago de Chile en Septiembre del 1965,a los pocos años de edad se va a vivir a la ciudad de Chillán donde estudia la enseñanza básica y media en el colegio Instituto Santa María, egresando de cuarto año en 1983. Su deseo de estudiar arte se prorroga hasta que en el año 1989 se va a radicar a la ciudad de Concepción e ingresa a estudiar dibujo y oléo en la academia de Artistas del Acero, por un periodo de dos años, donde perfecciona la figura humana, paisajes y caballos. Desde 1991 hasta 1993(2 años) estudia en el Taller de arte La Cascada con el profesor Hector Ramírez, donde continúa sus estudios de pintura al oleo y comienza con acrílico. En 1993 y hasta 1998 (6 años) ingresa a la academia de pintura de la Universidad de Concepción, aqui paralelamente al trabajo de taller realiza estudios teóricos del color y de la luz. En la busqueda constante de su propia percepción, es que continua estudiando con distintos artistas plásticos como el escultor Humberto Soto, Albino Echeverria ( Pintor), Pedro Retamal ( pintor), Raúl Figueroa ( pintor),María Cristina Santiago (pintor) y finaliza sus estudios en la cuidad de la serena donde reside actualmente, con el pintor realista Francisco Bustamante.
