Cette technique très fascinante à laquelle elle s’est formée, lui a ouvert de nouveaux horizons créatifs faisant naître des tableaux d’une étonnante effervescence colorée.
Cette nouvelle voie artistique fait suite à un long parcours créatif que Ghislaine Chapuis a débuté en se formant au Centre Européen de Recherche et de Formation aux Arts Verriers à Vannes-le-Châtel en France où elle a appris la technique du "Glass Fusing" qui consiste à assembler des morceaux de verre à haute température.
Perfectionnant son savoir faire, la création de pièces décoratives en verre l’a progressivement conduite à créer des tableaux en verre puis à imaginer des tableaux en peinture acrylique offrant la possibilité de réaliser de plus grands formats.
Continuant à évoluer artistiquement, Ghislaine Chapuis développe maintenant aussi sa créativité dans le domaine des arts numériques.
