Abrahamian, David Aramaisovich (Դավիդ Աբրահամյան, June 5, 1952, the Armenian painter, member of international charitable activities,of princely birth) David Abrahamyan was born in Armenia, 5 June 1952 in Yerevan. David Abrahamian's grandfather was the founder of Armenian film studio, His father was a theater set designer and his mother was a sommelier. Since childhood, he fond of art and music. He studied from 1959 to 1969 at school number 100. After finishing school with honors, he entered the Yerevan State Atr-Theatre university, and studied with renowned artists of the 20th century in Armenia, from 1970 to 1975. The same year he got married and had two children in this merriage. After graduation, his works became popular in the USSR. Numerous exhibitions throughout the Soviet Union were organised, the largest were held in Yerevan, Moscow, Penza, St-Petesrsburg, Minsk and many other towns of former USSR. He became a member of the Artist's Unit of the USSR, and member of the artist's Unit of Armenia, then he got a diploma for the best work in the Czech Republic, followed by exhibitions in Europe, Asia and America. After that he received the membership in the Art's association of UNESCO. From 1980 to 1985 he was the chief designer of the printing-house that produced copyright products of the USSR. David Aramaisovich was involved in charity work around the world, helping children and adults. David Abrahamian Foundation collaborates with international and renowned organizations such as UNESCO, Gulbekyan found and the RED CROSS. The newly created School of Art for Children in Armenia, in which Mr Abrahamyan gives master classes. Children studying at David Abrahamian's shools repeatedly become winners at international exhibitions. At this point, all Mr. Abrahamian's creations (paintings, sculptures, jewelry) are famous throughout the world. Each of his works is individual and unique. All the works have a certificate of authenticity with its own individual number.
