It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

GRAIN DE SEL ARTISTIQUE
Même si elle s'est offert un blase qui en jette comme Chris D., Christelle Duval semble se moquer des titres et des médailles. Elle n'a jamais eu l'obsession des fautes de carre tant techniques que mondaines. Indifférente aux podiums, elle a toujours préféré aborder l'art de plain pied. Un article dans le Républicain Lorrain, une interview sur France Bleu... Il ne lui en faut pas plus pour trouver que la vie lui sourit.
Tout dans le parcours de Chris D. conduit à penser que, pour elle, l'artiste doit s'inscrire en permanence dans son environnement humain, social. Et non dans le seul but de révéler des œuvres finies et vernies au public le temps d'une exposition. L'art de Christelle respire à un rythme différent. Bien sûr, c'est chouette que l'on mette à sa disposition pour ses vernissages à Metz une péniche, à Basse-Ham, la salle de la Capitainerie. Mais ce n'est pas l'essentiel. C'est comme toujours. Elle s'emploie à être bien à chaque fois et sentir la vie où elle est.
Si l'on aborde la photo en musicienne, on se dit que lorsqu'on joue d'un instrument, les notes s'envolent et entrent dans les oreilles de tous les passants. Il suffit de faire pareil avec l'objectif que l'on emporte toujours avec soi au marché. Un photographe doit faire « entendre » ses clichés à tous. Mais ce n'est pas tout. Son art le dit clairement.
Associer photo et graphisme, c'est prendre le monde et le remodeler. On part de l'existant, pris sur le vif, et on le modifie, si on le veut, à l'infini. Et ensuite, on montre au monde non traité par l'art, ce qu'il pourrait ou peut être. Le travail de Chris D. s'inscrit dans cet écart.
Son art a le projet aussi simple que naturel d'embellir la vie. À son goût. À son idée.
