a perfect day for a game,
father and son, side by side,
ready to play the same.
They ran and shouted,
opened their mouths wide and laughed,
the joy of the moment,
was frozen in the past.
The ball flew through the air,
as they kicked it around,
the father and son,
were having a blast.
The weekend was happy,
the memories will last,
the father and son,
enjoyed the time they had
"Frozen Time" is a series of oil paintings by Xu Bin that captures the joy and excitement of its characters. The painter has deliberately simplified the facial features of the characters, and painted their mouths wide open in exaggerated fashion. The transparent objects like ice cubes in each painting represent time, which is frozen in the painting. Through the ice cubes, the viewer can see the frozen things inside, which is time. The painter has used this technique to visualize time, and to capture the joy and excitement of the characters. The paintings are carefully crafted, and the colors are vibrant and vivid. The paintings are a reminder of the importance of cherishing the present moment, and of the joy that can be found in life.
