Arush Votsmush, born in 1967 in Omsk, Russia, is a contemporary Russian artist. He graduated from the Crimean Art College in 1987, followed by completing the "Animation" program at the Russian State University of Cinematography in 1991. His work gained significant recognition when he participated in the prestigious Sotheby's auction "Art Link" in Tel Aviv in 1998, where all of his exhibited pieces were sold.

Votsmush is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, the International Arts Foundation, and the International Association of Artists (UNESCO). His art continues to attract international attention, establishing him as a figure in the contemporary Russian art scene.
