What a strange name! Or rather what a strange pseudonym! Votsmush is actually the anagram of Shumtsov, his real last name. Above all, he likes to turn things upside down, it has even become a principle of life for this watercolor artist graduated from the Crimean School of Fine Arts and who currently lives between Sevastopol and Moscow.
