When the harvest time of seaweeds comes, over ten thousands of bamboo sticks are inserted on the mudflat to make square frames for nets. The scene of rods stretching away for thousands of miles presents a splendid sight.

Yancho Sabev is a multi-talented photographer, visionary, adventurer, and philosopher. He specializes in street, adventure, landscapes, lifestyle, and fine art photography. He enjoys broadening his views, immersing himself in unfamiliar cultures, and altering our perceptions of reality.

Discovering new countries and immersing himself in other cultures fuels his creativity. Yancho's trips have become a significant part of his life, and he believes that by documenting them, he may inspire others to break out of their "comfort zones" and create their own adventures and unforgettable memories.

Yancho Sabev is a Leuven-based photographer (Belgium) who has won numerous awards. He is a regular winner of international honors, such as an honorable mention in the "Fine Art" category at the Monochrome Photography Awards in 2020. In addition, he received three honorable mentions in three different categories at the Paris International Street Photography Awards, as well as a bronze medal at the Annual International Color Awards in 2021. His images have been published and exhibited around the world and are in private collections.
