In this artwork the attention is expressed to reveal the essence, and not the exterior decor, to find prototypes and not the reproduction of the visible. These searches introduce the holder to a state of "onirism" (waking sleep) from which emotion and poetics are recognized. The magic of these dreams is achieved by skillfully combining shots and an extraordinary sense of a kind of "collage procedure". Starting from real forms of architecture, blended into often recognizable ambiences, the artist repeats motifs - frames, making visible their extension in space. This procedure creates boundary lines and the form becomes fluid and dynamic. By a special procedure - light-dark, and in a clearly nuanced tone, they "show" the space, without using the means of a formal perspective. To create an atmosphere and mysticism, a half-tone was retained, which makes the dimensions of the space unreal. By painting real prose of life, the artist inserts human figures with clearly marked portrait lines and figures that are only facts of existence. By showing us the layers of events and time, and scratching them from the surface to the bottom, the artist manages to materialize time and space. The woven figures, sometimes with exact facial features, create a sensation, but most of them are just ideas - emblematic beings, with the help of which events and time are recognized. Delević's play with forms is not arbitrary and is not a search for pure beauty, but an expression. Not accepting any established path, he chooses freedom, considering it unacceptable to limit himself by presenting the real, but it is implied in his work. From the very beginning, Delević creates an illusion, because he strives to convey the experience as it is in his imagination.

Vukašin Delević (1993.) devoted himself in his early years to the study and practice of various kinds of art, only to later concentrate on research in the field of visual arts. He graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, Department of Photography, but he also spent part of his education at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava.

In his visual expression, he chooses an experimental approach, so he does not stick to conventional photography, but brings it closer to drawing and painting through multiple expositions and digital production. Later, he continues to express his ideas through various contemporary media.

He has exhibited in galleries and cultural institutions across his country as well as at international art events. The first invitation to present his works abroad was in 2017 with "The Biennial Project" (from the USA), which organized the presentation of young talents at the Venice Biennale. Afterwards, he continues with collective and solo exhibitions in which he strives to push the boundaries of his perception, creation, and consciousness and contributes to the innovation of contemporary art content.

On his development path, he records unique scenes from life imbued with multi-layered meanings, and thus different interpretations, to gradually enter the inner world of humans. In a thorough and experimental approach to photography, he creates a series of monochrome photographs that unite into a whole called Time after almost a decade. The "Time" project met with positive reviews from the Serbian art scene and experts in the field of photography, so in 2021, six independent exhibitions were organized.
