Ruelle avec l'ambiance du Vieux Nice et du sud.
I was born in Provence in 1946, I live in Saint Jeannet, a small village next to Saint Paul de Vence.
My artistic approach is only the reflection of my emotions, of my feelings , in particular by the choice of subjects and their interpretation.
My meetings with great watercolorists gave me an insight into this. allowed us to evolve and present atmospheric watercolors, preferring to suggest rather than say everything, thus leaving the field free for pure sensations.
My technique: watercolor and watercolor, “wet on wet”; I am not trying to master water, but only to tame it with delicacy and modesty.
Today, a fan of outdoor painting, I seek to capture the atmosphere and emotions proven, light and transparency, through plays of powerful contrasts and rich colors. My watercolors are journeys towards the unknown, dreams and poetry.
In addition to personal exhibitions,
some international selections have come to fruition his journey.
