According to the ancient legend, this place was built by King Li Kong Uan to worship a pair of mother dogs and puppies who became gods. When a puppy was born, spots appeared on its fur that formed the word “Son of Heaven,” corresponding to the accession of King Li Kong Wan to the throne. In 1980, the old temple was demolished to make way for a children's playground and warehouse. Then the place was once used as a cafe. Te city authorities approved the temple restoration project in 2014. However the Board decided to give the temple a new name - Thuy Chung Tien Temple instead of the old title Kau Ni.

Ekaterina Tomilovskaya is a contemporary Russian painter, living between Vietnam, France, and her native Russia. Throughout her life, Ekaterina has been devoted to the art of drawing, taking classes and sketching consistently regardless of the circumstances. Her journey took an enriching turn when she was sent to France for work, experiencing a transformative year in Paris. Immersed in the cultural richness of the city, she explored museums, galleries, and continued her passion for drawing. A semester spent in Vietnam allowed her to encounter Asian art, inspiring her to blend different styles and showcase her work through exhibitions.

Upon her return from France in 2017, Ekaterina delved deeper into her artistic education. Eager to refine her skills, she embarked on a journey of learning academic drawing and oil painting. From October 2017 to May 2019, she dedicated herself to a comprehensive two-year professional retraining course in "Painting and Drawing" at the non-profit organization, the "Academic Center for Creativity, Entrepreneurship, and Law." This program featured esteemed teachers from the Moscow State Academy of Arts, V. I. Surikova.

Ekaterina's artistic passion is prominently influenced by impressionism and the Alla Prima style. Seeking inspiration in the mundane aspects of everyday life, the natural world, and ordinary people, she infuses her work with a unique perspective. Her dedication to her craft and diverse influences have made her a dynamic presence in the contemporary art scene.
