This series of works was made during a 10-day beach holiday on the Black Sea, in a small resort village near Sochi. When I came here, I couldn't count on some stunning seascapes. So I originally decided to shoot a series of beach sketches, which was done in the end. Sunbathing on the beach and on the balcony of my boathouse 30 meters from the sea, I realized what I had planned.
