In English, it is called lilac, which comes from the Turkish leilak, which, in turn, goes back to the Persian word liladsch - it was called the bush used to obtain purple paint.
In late spring, lilacs bloom on roadsides, in parks, courtyards and other places, spreading a sweet scent. Who among us has not looked for a happy lilac flower with five petals? ..

Svetlana Kiisky,  Latvian painter, has exhibited her works in Russia, Italy, Latvia and other. She finds inspiration in random moments and her works are based on familiar and insignificant events that occur in everyday life. Kiisky considers association and communication to be the purpose of her art. Her artistic style is closely linked to the spirit of expressionism and is translated through oils.
