Original Artwork refers to any work that is considered authentic and not a copy or imitation of the original works of an artist. Original artwork can be any type of painting, sculpture, performance, or other media. There are many types of original media. Mixed media includes oil, acrylic, and watercolor paintings. For workshop paintings that bear evidence of master craftsmanship, this attribution must be further qualified. While they may be less valuable for different reasons, reproductions and copies have had a tremendous impact on our experience. They reach a greater audience than originals and act as a tonic against commodification. Original Artwork could also refer to the first work, which is always preceding all others. Sara T. Ron is a creative artist who works in plastic arts, painting, 3-D works, varied printing methods, as well as in a special medium she developed in the past few years: organic shapes in oil and varnish on canvas creating works that touch on subjects, such as reality and illusion, ecology and society. In the last years she has been engaged in the production of art projects and as curator of several collective art exhibitions.

She is a member of the Artists` Association of Israel,
the International Organization of Artists I. A.C.
the Association of Countryside Artists,
curator and initiator of projects involving several museums and art galleries and alternative spaces. She has a studio in Neve Tsedek (closed).
She studied at the WIZO School in Tel-Aviv, in Ein Hod,, in the school of external studies at Haifa University and workshops held in several kibbutzim. Advanced studies in curatorship, printing, weaving, Japanese clay, paints, ceramics, stained glass works and others. Teaches art for adults in the framework of courses approved by the Ministry of Culture and Education designed for teachers training teachers. She has presented her works in many exhibitions in Israel and abroad.
