Every element of the machine is delicately rendered, from its polished metal surface to the intricate mechanics and delicate embellishments. The artist's careful brushstrokes bring the Singer machine to life, evoking a sense of nostalgia and admiration for its enduring beauty.

The artist's skilled use of watercolor techniques brings depth and texture to the painting, capturing the play of light and shadow on the machine's metallic components. Subtle washes and delicate brushstrokes create a sense of transparency, highlighting the reflections and sheen that accentuate the machine's intricate parts.

Born in Rostov-on-Don in 1989, the artist's path took an unexpected turn in 2020. Though economics filled the years from 2008 to 2012, a yearning for artistic expression simmered beneath. Drawing and illustration became the first brushstrokes of this new journey.

Further exploration led to oil and acrylics, where diverse textures were mastered. But it was watercolour that truly captivated the artist's heart. Online courses fueled a passion, culminating in a 2023 exploration of the unpredictable beauty of watercolour improvisation.

Now residing in Frankfurt, Germany, the artist celebrates the "process" of watercolour. The wet-on-wet technique unlocks its magic, each wash revealing an unpredictable dance of colours, a collaboration between artist and water. This element of surprise, the relinquishing of control, fuels the artistic fire. As pigments flow, the watercolour completes the artist, forming a unique partnership.

It's the mesmerizing granulation, the subtle whispers of colour, and the ethereal airiness that make watercolour the artist's muse. Experimentation extends beyond brushes, embracing unconventional tools like bags, napkins, and sponges. Large canvases become a playground, offering freedom for expression.

Through their art, viewers are invited on a journey of self-discovery. Familiar objects are reframed, sparking a fresh perspective on everyday things. Apples, Italian streets, or abstract compositions – the subject matters less than the feeling evoked. Exploring colour combinations and their emotional impact fuels the artistic fire.

Instead of meticulous detail, the essence is captured, leaving room for the viewer's imagination to flourish. It's the world around them – the harmonious coexistence of nature and humanity – that inspires the artist's brushstrokes.
