It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

I chose to use a grayscale palette to create a classic and timeless feel, as well as to emphasize the contrast between light and shadow. I used shadows to create depth and dimension in the image, giving it a realistic and three-dimensional quality. I also used gradients of gray in the background to create a minimalist and subtle effect, ensuring that the focus remains on the central figure.
I wanted to leave some room for the viewer's imagination, and to invite them to wonder what she was thinking or feeling. I also wanted to highlight her distinctive hairstyle and neck, which were some of her most recognizable features. I added a detailed necklace that sparkles against her skin, as a symbol of her glamour and luxury.
