Sergio Assis is an artist photographer who has been fascinated by photography since the age of 14. As a professional, he has held several individual photographic exhibitions and in 2018 he published his first book of photographs on the Serra do Japi forest, in São Paulo, Brazil.
In 2010 he became a member of the World Photography collection, and the same year one of his photographs was selected by the Art of Day website as one of the "18 Great Paintings, Illustrations, Drawings, Sculptures & Digital Photography".
In 2017, his photography was chosen for Nikon's 100th anniversary celebration campaign in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
