"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.

Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

I met the Chef artist Sal di Meo in the late 80s, on the occasion of an event that saw the parallel work of a famous architect compared with that of a Chef.
There, I understood that Sal di Meo is not only a great Chef and that he has an extraordinary artistic sensibility.
The architect described a building that is iron from the outside and soft with wood and colors inside.
Sal showed a braised meat, the presentation was worthy of a work by Joseph Beuys. Three huge braised meats surrounded by cloves like iron clubs were bolted onto a clean and flat bread almost three meters long.
Like L'architettura, the braised meat is seared to become iron on the outside, while the soft juices and juices remain enclosed inside.
The artist Di Meo has accompanied the Chef in the kitchen over the years.
The cook must know the material he is dealing with well and respect its substance.
now I am not referring only to the aesthetics of plating, but to the construction of an image on the plate that uses animal and vegetable materials without distorting them.
I believe this is where the need for the artist Sal di Meo to get out of the moon of the dish arises.
Finally the big leap. The alchemical experience of the Kitchen is sublimated in molten metals which preserve its liquid memory, the hot colors which drip onto the raw canvas or onto the metal, melt and change in the various moments of the fusion.
The alchemist DI Meo literally lights up his canvases which catch fire and then deposit colored lava.
His land flagrerà, his archetypal figures can be glimpsed in the chaotic flow of colored lava and offer us a primordial idea when things were not yet, but already announced the future.
