Born in Ile de France in 1971,
I lived in a house surrounded by fields and orchards. I admire my father from an early age with his brushes, his easels, his canvases, his live models, the exhibitions, the castles we visited. He paints the curves of his models' bodies, I am fascinated. I draw in charcoal as soon as I have a moment, then I decide a few years ago to enroll in a painting association, I learn some techniques and figurative painting there, but very quickly, I get bored: the copying paintings does not interest me, I prefer to work alone, in peace, I am inspired by nature and my experiences which enrich me more. I'm discovering abstraction, it's fabulous! Everyone can have their own interpretation of a work and each creation is unique, that's what I like in the abstract. I won the first prize at the arts fair in my city in partnership with the Quai Branly with my painting expression of nature. This prize allowed me to realize that my works could touch and arouse emotions. This is for me an important recognition in my career that makes me want to paint again and again to give even more emotions.
