Rina Garon

Rina Garon - Central Asian artist, working in own mixed media technique. Rina Garon was born in 1985 Tashkent, Uzbekistan. From an early age she expressed her feelings through painting. She received an art education and after graduating from Children’s Art School and the National Institute of Art and Design in her home-town, she co-founded «2MORROW» airbrush studio. Many years, in a creative tandem, she has implemented various art projects for home interiors, painting walls, ceilings, cabinet furniture with brushes and airbrushes. Some difficult life situations and losses have led artist to rethink many aspects of her life. Her external searching has led to more deep inner self-exploration. An analysis of human emotions is reflected in her art. One of her favorite artistic mediums has always been watercolor. Experimenting with different media, she developed own painting technique which combines watercolor with digital art. The artist presents her artworks under the title "El Arte Nocturno", drawing an analogy with the mysterious inner world of each person, invisible to others, colorful in its emotions and beautiful in its imperfection.

ARTIST STATEMENT
My artworks are full of vivid colors and subtle details. I find inspiration in inner self-knowledge and spiritual growth. I am concerned about the influence of the social framework on the formation of the individual, her/his beliefs and fears. Through my artworks I want to talk about the value of life, the beauty of this world, rebirth, finding inner freedom, acceptance of self, unconditional self-love.
The process of creating for me is an opportunity to direct my attention inwards and to take from there the brightest colors. It is an opportunity to feel that the Soul exists! To see how it paints with the colors of emotions, how it mixes on the palette the color of pain with the color of joy, the color of hatred with the color of passion. We can feel sadness, sorrow, gratitude or hope. All our feelings, passing through the prism of Love, show the value of life.

El Arte Nocturno is like an intimate secret, too personal, hidden in the night. The other side is invisible to others but exists in us always. And there's a lot of light in the dark here, a lot of energy that I want to share with you. Rina Garon©
