Trees are magnificent plants. They work every day, it takes years till they grow up similar like we human beings. Bright tender green leaves turn to dark green leaves followed by yellow ones until the brown leaves fall on the ground. Even if the leaves fall to the ground, they will continue to be useful as fertilizer for plants and living environment for insect and small animals. The beauty and greatness of a tree never fades. Tree leaves are amazing.
I have colored the background of this painting with blue and green based on my feelings. I have used various techniques like acrylic finger painting, classic paintbrush painting. The last phase was painting light brown flowers looking like bougainvillea flowers. The main character or we call it a focal point of the painting are the enchanting tree leaves. I made them stand out by using a vivid yellow color applied by means of an imprinting technique. Finished off with splattering the white paint.
