PASSIONATE ABOUT COLOR, I HAVE BEEN DRAWING AND PAINTING SINCE MY CHILDHOOD.

After attending several workshops and working with different pictorial techniques (pastel and charcoal, Indian ink and Chinese painting, silk painting), I chose watercolor and acrylic a few years ago. From blended landscapes to the most vivid colors, watercolor expresses the meanderings of our thoughts with infinite delicacy. This nuanced and sensitive approach to painting corresponds to my personality. This is why I practice this watercolor technique with great pleasure, as well as mixed techniques on canvas or paper (watercolor, acrylic, collages, ink), and tend more towards the semi-abstract or abstract. This pictorial path of mine, this "process", stimulates my creativity, grants me a joyful freedom in the play of colors, an opening towards the imagination and dreams. I also paint "intuitively", that is to say that I apply the colors of my mood, collages, water, and I let it dry. I work mainly on wet paper and progress according to the drying times. Then I look at my painting in all directions to identify what my unconscious wanted to reveal. I then work on what appears (to me) until the completion of the work. The pandemic, difficult events, then therapy led me to refocus through painting and writing for a few months in my studio. A beneficial period since today I am finally tasting the result of this long search. Magnetized, guided, I feel in osmosis with my creative work. My painting is free, fluid, easy... and directly from my soul. It is the reflection of my unconscious. So I naturally titled this book "The power of the soul, being oneself in transparency." A few words accompany the presentation of my works, but each person can freely interpret them, or read them their own way.
