On your way to town, look at the walls. They speak to us.

The street is full of multiple visual elements that change daily. Through the wild posting, we are sent ephemeral messages: advertising campaigns, political messages, shows, claims... These posters are a reflection of our society which sometimes make us smile, meditate or question ourselves. They announce the color, carry the atmosphere of our time. They testify to our world with its revolts, its contradictions, its excesses but also its passions, its commitments and its pleasures.

Poster paper has an unsuspected richness. By its colors, its images, its typographies, its textures, it is a primary material of great diversity. Day after day, the passage of time does its work, the posters overlap, merge, transform, decontextualize and fade...

I spend a lot of time walking in the streets, looking for and to collect these posters.

By recovering them torn, worn or fragmented, I associate them according to my inspiration by juxtaposing elements to give them a new meaning. My collages on canvas come to life in my studio in the form of paintings and then become the expression of a moment in a free artistic process.

The observer then becomes the witness of his own story.
