My photographs are original works of art, worked from the shooting to the final print. They are signed and numbered and published in a maximum of 30 copies.

The photograph is printed on A3 paper with a white margin (1/1.5 cm) to guarantee a complete view of it and facilitate framing.

The inks used are pigmented inks with a longer lifespan (108 years) and which do not alter in the light.
The paper used is a Canson Photo Infinity Baryta Photo II in Fine Arts quality of 310g/m2. The surface is extra-smooth and the glossy finish typical of traditional baryta paper.

If you would like a special format (without exceeding A3+ or a longer delay beyond that due to use by a service provider), do not hesitate to ask me.

The works in A3 format are delivered in rigid and protected boxes.

The photographs in situ are not representative of the format used. Colors may vary depending on your screen calibration.

Pierre Leccia is a former freelance photographer and graphic designer for 15 years. He now uses the image for more personal purposes as an author photographer. After a brief stint at the Hans Lucas press agency, he quickly realized that news photography was not for him.

His photographic approach revolves around the idea of the ordinary. For him, it is not a question of looking for the cliché, the extraordinary place which is sufficient in itself, but, on the contrary, of photographing everyday life, the environment which surrounds it, whether in an urban area or in nature. Its purpose is to reveal a daily life that we only see for its utilitarian and not aesthetic value, and therefore without emotion.

The minimalist orientation allows him to maintain a line of thought, preferring to lead the reader towards an introspection of the building, the place or the object rather than an overall vision of these. We must see here the revelation of these commonplaces that are intended for us, the paths that we take every day, the nature of "everyday" that he tries to reveal so that the reader marks a stop to observe what surrounds it.

Pierre Leccia is a French photographer author. His work has received numerous awards including photography Mont Saint-Michel elected photo of the week in 2022 by lense.fr, APA - Annual Photography Awards - winner of honorable mention in Architecture - Architectural fragments in 2020... His work is present in many private collections.
