Philippe-Emmanuel Amirault is a contemporary award-winning French artist. The human body holds a special place in his works. Amirault not only demonstrates mastery in virtuosity, marrying deep shadows with unfettered clarity in a muted light, but he also demonstrates an original and continually renewed perception of the body. He never stops to depict the human body from numerous perspectives, with a finesse and originality that never ceases to impress.
He won numerous awards for his works: Prix d'Honneur, Salon d'Automne Galerie "Arts en Parisis", Villeparisis, 1992; Bronze medal, "Arts-Inter" International Salon of "Lords of Art", Arles, 1994; 1st prize for painting, "Arts-Inter" International Salon of "Lords of Art", Aix-en-Provence, 1995; Prize of the Regional Council, International Exhibition of Plastic Arts, Béziers, 1996, Society of BEAUX-ARTS.
Philippe-Emmanuel Amirault was born in 1966, in France, where he graduated from EPSAA. He has exhibited in France and Portugal.
