Who am I: it is a good question… However my name is Isidora alias Dora, I come from Italy
I have been living in Munich for one and a half years now

I’m currently working to complete my PhD in molecular biology
My passion in life is art and cooking.
i love travell and i find inspiration from all my trip
i paint from long time , from the age of 5 untill now...and i was helping my mother with work of rescue old frame and paints.

i did a small exhibition in Theaterklause in Franz-Joseph-Straße 47 80801 München in 2013

Sono Isidora alias Dora
Ho 26 anni e sono nata a Milano nel 1987, sto completando il mio dottorato in biologia molecolare a monaco di baviera
Dal 2011 vivo a monaco di baviera , e viaggio in giro per il mondo a caccia di ispirazione
dipingo da quando avevo 5 anni aiutando mia madre con i lavori di restauro e di realizzazione di cornici di stile barocco
A maggio del 2013 ho svolto una piccola esposizione al Theaterklause in Franz-Joseph-Straße 47 80801 Monaco di Baviera
Ho lavorato come scenografa al liceo primo levi nel (2005-06)
Ho una laurea in biologia molecolare e sto completando il mio dottorato in biolgia molecolare a monaco di baviera

honig salat with :
Green salad, Goat cheese, Raspberries, Avocado, Nüsse
Dressing with : chestnut honey ,Pepper, Salt, tyme

Risotto pink:  30 minuts of coocking
Risotto with strawberries

Risotto yellow: 30 minuts of coocking
Risotto with lemon/lime and curcuma

Apple and Pear :Dumpling in the pan  : 10 minuts of cooking
Inside one  layer of apple, one of gorgonzola, one of pear and one of  goat cheese and chestnut honey ,
Around spicy bacon in cubes and green beans

Dumpling with meat : Cucumber , avocado , spicy green peppers  beef meat grindend,and Zimt

Mango Ball meat with:15/ 20 minuts of cooking  depend from the size (the mix can be done also the day before and keep in the fridge)
Cucumber , avocado , spicy green peppers  beef meat grindend, and add of orange juice and lemon juice during the coocking
And add a cream made of mango not so so sweet

And a salad with Quinoa or Cuscus and Vegetables: cucumber,
jalapeño pepper, parsley ,fresh mint
avocado,  fresh small tomatoes and goat cheese

How Much for My Freedom….

Who am I: it is a good question… However my name is Isidora Romani, I come from Italy, and I have been living in Munich for one and a half years now.

I’m currently working to complete my PhD in molecular biology

My passion in life is art and cooking.

The title of this exposition is “How Much for My Freedom…?” :

“Everything has its price, but no one will know how much it is for my freedom”

Yes… how much does my freedom… your freedom… everyone’s freedom cost?

Freedom in life, in a new country, but in particular: Freedom in your soul… Freedom in your mind… Freedom in your heart.

                                                                                                                             Sometime to obtain freedom we spill tears and blood… but we have to be happy. If you still have blood in you, it means that you’re still alive, and not a cold stone, with a hearth full of dust that blocks your breath and flies away like a small and fragile butterfly.

So, enjoy: people, travelers, dreamers, sad, happy, and crazy.
