Pablito Mourer is a contemporary Franco-Colombian street artist. Mourer's journey in the world of art dates back to the 1990s when he made a name for himself in the Parisian graffiti scene. During this period, he proudly claimed his membership in several graffiti groups, most notably the ObKoS, founded in 1988.
