Aleksandr Osokin is a professional photographer. His photos are surprising by their depth and their subtlety.

His photographs are devoted to the study of static forms in the chaos of continuous movement of everything that surrounds us. An attempt to show an image of something unchanging as a way to create an anchor for a restless mind. Everything that he photographs can be called "Emptiness and something else" or "Elusive emptiness.»

For him, our world is now very rich, even too rich, and this makes it very neurotic. Modern people do not have a second of rest, they are always busy. It greatly affects us, and most importantly, the ability to be happy simply because happiness exists. He thinks that we need rest in order not to forget about happiness in pursuit of it.

Aleksandr Osokin is born in 1977  in Partizansk, Far East Russia. He currently lives in the city of Vladivostok (Russia), on the shores of the Sea of Japan. He has participated in many exhibitions: Russky Island, "MC Gallery" FEFU, Vladivostok, "Artetage" Museum of Contemporary Art in 2021 (Russia).
