I grew up in a small industrial town surrounded by steppes and forests. As a child, I saw this strange neighborhood of mining and concentration complexes and amazing natural landscapes . Back then I was wondering what is the place of the human person in this world, why do we not live in harmony with nature? Then I needed simple answers to difficult questions. 

As an artist, in my work I explore the issues of the environment, biodiversity and the peaceful coexistence of humans with nature.

My main medium and passion is watercolor. Watercolor has its own character, which must be respected. It's not a tool, it's a partner.

Now I'm also painting with Chinese ink in Xieyi style. Experimenting with the combination of Chinese painting and watercolor techniques in one artwork gives me interesting results and helps to develop.

It is important for me to show my paintings to the audience, so I regularly participate in exhibitions and artists competitions.
